What is a full body silicone reborn doll?

A full body silicone reborn doll is a handcrafted art doll sculpted entirely from premium platinum grade silicone from head to toe to look and feel exactly like a real sleeping newborn baby. Unlike partial silicone dolls which have a cloth body, my full body silicone babies are completely solid silicone, fully poseable, and can even be bathed. Every doll I create is hand painted with multiple translucent layers to achieve realistic newborn skin tones, mottling, veining, and the delicate details that make each one utterly lifelike.

How much do your dolls cost?

My dolls range from approximately $900 to $5000 and above depending on the edition, size, and special features such as a Drink and Wet system. Each price reflects the extraordinary number of hours of handcrafting that go into every single baby the premium platinum silicone materials, the hand painting process, the rooted mohair lashes, and the signed Certificate of Authenticity that comes with every doll I create.

Are your dolls safe?What materials are used?

Every Joanna Dolls creation is made from premium platinum grade food safe silicone the same material trusted in medical and kitchen applications worldwide. My dolls contain absolutely no BPA, phthalates, or toxic chemicals of any kind. They are collector’s art pieces recommended for ages 14 and above and are not intended as toys for young children.

What is a Marshmallow blend finish?

The Marshmallow blend is my signature painting technique that creates an ultra soft velvety appearance on the doll’s skin mimicking the look of a freshly powdered newborn. It gives the silicone a warmer less glossy finish than standard silicone painting and is one of the most recognisable and sought after finishes in the reborn collector community worldwide.

What is a Drink and Wet system?

A Drink and Wet system is a built in feature that allows the doll to drink water through a bottle and release it through a small opening simulating a real baby’s feeding experience. Dolls featuring this system are clearly noted in their individual product descriptions. Due to hygienic reasons dolls with a Drink and Wet system are sold as final sale.

Do your dolls come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes every single Joanna Dolls creation ships with a hand signed Certificate of Authenticity personally signed by me, Joanna Kazmierzak Pietka. This document certifies the doll’s edition name, sculpt details, and authenticity as a genuine original Joanna Kazmierzak creation. It adds both sentimental and collector value to every doll.

Are your dolls limited edition?

Many of my most beloved creations are limited or one of a kind editions. Once a doll sells she is gone forever I do not mass produce or restock identical pieces. Some editions are the very last from their sculpt series making them genuinely rare collector’s treasures. When a doll is a limited edition this is always clearly stated in her product description.

How do I care for my silicone reborn doll?

Full body silicone reborn babies are actually easier to care for than vinyl reborns. You can gently wipe the skin with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the paint. Keep your doll out of direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve the beautiful hand painted details. Store in a cool dry place when not displayed. I have a full care guide on my blog with detailed step by step instructions.

Can I bathe my silicone reborn doll?

Yes one of the wonderful advantages of full body silicone over vinyl is that your baby can be gently bathed in warm water with mild baby soap. Please do not use hot water as this can affect the silicone over time. Never submerge dolls with electronic heartbeat or breathing features. Always check your individual doll’s product page for any specific care notes before bathing.

How do I dress and undress my silicone reborn doll?

Silicone is naturally grippy so dressing your baby requires a little patience and care. I recommend using baby powder or cornstarch on the limbs before putting on clothing to help garments slide on more easily without stretching or stressing the silicone skin. Always dress your baby gently and never force tight clothing over the limbs.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse my shop, choose the baby that speaks to your heart, and click Add to Cart. Follow the checkout process and your order will be confirmed immediately by email. What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit and debit cards through my secure checkout. All transactions are fully encrypted and your payment details are never stored on my website.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours your order enters my packaging and preparation process and unfortunately cannot be cancelled. Please contact me immediately at info@joannadolls.com if you need to cancel within the 24 hour window.

Can I request a custom doll?

For custom commission enquiries please contact me directly at info@joannadolls.com, Custom commissions are limited and subject to my availability. Turnaround times and pricing vary depending on the specific requirements. I absolutely love bringing collector visions to life when my schedule permits.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How long does shipping take?

I ask for 3 to 5 business days to carefully prepare and package your order before it ships. Once shipped, US standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days and express 2 day shipping is available for the 48 contiguous states. International orders typically take 10 to 21 business days depending on your country. You will receive a tracking number the moment your baby ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes I ship worldwide to reborn doll collectors in every corner of the globe. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country upon delivery. All international shipments are fully tracked and insured for complete peace of mind.

Is my order insured?

Absolutely every single Joanna Dolls shipment is fully insured for its complete purchase value. In the unlikely event that your doll arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at info@joannadolls.com with photographs of both the packaging and the doll and I will personally resolve the situation for you.

Can I return my doll?

Because every Joanna Dolls baby is a one of a kind handcrafted art piece I am unable to accept returns for change of mind. However if your doll arrives damaged or materially different from her listing I will work with you personally to find a fair resolution. Is it safe to order from your website?

Absolutely. Joannadolls.com uses SSL encryption the padlock you see in your browser for all transactions. I use secure industry standard payment processing and never store your card details. I also publish my full contact information including phone number and email so you always know exactly who you are buying from.
