How I Prepare Your Order Before your silicone reborn baby leaves my studio, I personally inspect every single detail — from her painted skin and rooted lashes to her outfit and certificate of authenticity. I photograph her one final time, wrap her with premium protective materials, and check your shipping label twice to make sure she is going to exactly the right home.I do not rush this process.

Your baby deserves to arrive perfect — and I make sure she does.Processing Time Once your order is placed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for me to fully prepare, inspect, and package your doll before she ships. I take this time seriously because I want everything to be absolutely right before your baby begins her journey to you.Shipping Within the United StatesI ship to every corner of the United States and I offer two delivery options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days Available for all US addresses including P.O. Boxes

Express ShippingDelivery time: 2 business days Available for the 48 contiguous states only Please note that express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii please allow a little additional time for delivery beyond the standard timeframe. Your baby will get to you — I just want to make sure she travels safely every step of the way.

International Shipping — I Ship Worldwide I am proud to say that my silicone reborn babies have found loving homes in countries all around the world. If you are an international collector I would love to send your baby to you wherever you are.International delivery typically takes between 10 and 21 business days depending on your country and local customs processing times. Please be aware that as an international buyer you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that your country may charge upon delivery.

These charges vary by country and are unfortunately outside of my control.Tracking Your OrderThe moment your baby ships I will send you a confirmation email with your full tracking number. I know how exciting — and nerve-wracking — it can be to wait for your new baby to arrive, so I want you to be able to follow her journey every step of the way from my studio to your front door.

Shipping Insurance — Your Baby Is Fully Protected Every single order I send out is fully insured for its complete purchase value. I take this very seriously because I know how much these dolls mean to the people who own them.In the extremely unlikely event that your doll arrives damaged during transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at info@joannadolls.com. Send me clear photographs of both the outer packaging and the doll and I will personally respond within one business day to make things.

Email me at info@joannadolls.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.I will personally review your case and work with you to find the best possible resolution — whether that is a replacement, store credit, or a full refund depending on the specific circumstances. I will always treat you fairly. That is my personal promise to every collector who trusts me with their purchase.Limited Edition and Drink and Wet System Dolls My limited edition silicone reborn babies and dolls featuring a Drink and Wet system are sold as final sale. Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order please contact me within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
